Greetings to All Conference Registrants and Attendees:
On behalf of the National Assembly to End the Iraq and Afghanistan
Wars and
Occupations, our most appreciative thanks for your presence at the
national
conference. For those who registered but could not attend, we
missed you
and know that you were with us in spirit.
By all accounts, the conference, attended by 250 people, was
a great
success. Its main achievement was coming up with a united program
of
action, which we will take to the antiwar movement as a whole in the
period
ahead.
An overall evaluation of the conference will soon be forthcoming.
But for
now and without further delay, we wanted to send you the six documents
approved
by the conference: action program, motivation for the action program,
structure
document, and resolutions on Palestine, Honduras and Haiti. Each
is
attached.
Please let us know if you have any difficulty accessing any
of the
